I know I recently talked about my favorite things to do in Facebook groups to stand out so you can attract clients but I’m itching to share more. Want to know my secrets to social media success that result in me getting bookings without a huge audience? Break out your pencil and paper because here they go! Here are some simple things you can do that make a huge impact on your social presence.
Secret #1
Create killer branded social media graphics and brand imagery to take your social presence to the next level.
Use on-brand images and colors that appeal to your target audience. The imagery you use should speak to the language and reflect the aesthetic of your dream client.
Secret #2
Don’t forget to network online like a bonafide superhero.
Take time to engage, follow, like, and comment on posts related to your niche. If you don’t know how to search for relevant content for your niche, simply search hashtags by the key terms associated with your service offerings. You will get engagement when you give it!
Secret #3
Don’t Promote too much!
Use the 80/20 rule when publishing social media content for your brand. 80% of your content should be focused on educating and inspiring your audience based on the subject matter of your offerings and industry. 20% of your posts should promote your services, products, and workshops.
Secret #4
Create content your audience wants to see.
Do your research on the competitors. See what they’re posting and what jumps out at you. Get inspired from industry leaders and create content post categories based on industry trends and must-post info that inspires your audience. If you were a wedding planner, you might get inspiration from Munaluchi Bride, Junebug Weddings, or The Knot for inspiration.
Secret #5
Be Consistent.
Randomly posting and falling off the radar can sabotage all of your client attraction and brand visibility efforts. Remember. Were in the digital age and your social media is fighting at the front lines of your marketing efforts. Don’t neglect it. Your social presence is how clients will find you. Be consistent. If you’re struggling to keep up with your social presence and staying consistent, hire help.
I hope this helps you on your journey to social media success. You got this!
