A done-for-you workflow setup experience where you tell us what workflow you need, and we'll knock out the set up for you in 1 week!

Step 1:  choose a workflow to set up.

First, you'll schedule a free discovery call so we can meet to discuss your workflow needs and choose the workflow we'll set up for you. We'll isolate your project deliverables and choose your start date. 

Immediately after our discovery call, we'll send you a quote, contract, and invoice to secure your start date to work with us.

Your experience and start date will be secured with a signed contract and payment.

The Workflow in a Week experience includes the set up of one workflow with a one-week turnaround time. During our discovery call, we'll identify your needs and choose what workflow we'll set up during your experience.  Of course, if you'd like more than one workflow setup, we can book an additional project.  

Yes we can! Through our power hour session, we discuss your software needs and provide consulting on software we recommend before you book a Workflow in a Week experience. 


Yes and Yes! We set up automations in your crm, project management software, or Zapier based on the workflow needs we confirm during your discovery call.  Our team will also create canned email templates, on-brand proposals and contracts, client guides, redirect web pages, questionnaires, and forms you need in your selected workflow.




Yes! We'll meet one-on-one for a Project Delivery Call to review your workflow, train you on how to use it, make edits, and answer any questions you may have.


Yes! You'll be invited into a collaborative project portal. There, you'll have a transparent view of what we're working on during each phase of our project. We'll also check-in with you so you're up to date on progress.  

Yes! Due to the swift turnaround time of our projects, clients are welcomed to pay 50% of their investment at the time of booking and the remaining 50% on your project start date to ensure that all payments are in before your workflow setup begins.  You may also pay in full to receive a bonus power hour session offer at no additional charge.
