We use Airtable as our CRM, content planner, sales log, project date planner, support ticketing system, membership data hub, and so much more. 

Thrivecart

ThriveCart is our checkout page tool for everything I sell, including our service offerings. With ThriveCart, we're also able to create a robust affiliate programs for each of our offers to generate revenue. Their integrated Thrivecart Learn feature allows us to deliver courses and resources in a learning platform. You pay for it once and never pay again. 

Flodesk

Flodesk is our favorite tool for email marketing. It's easy to use and the emails we create in Flodesk are always so beautiful and on brand. It's the only email marketing tool our team enjoys writing emails in. 

Sign Now

SignNow is an online platform that lets you sign and manage documents electronically.  In our personal opinion, SignNow is a great best in class contract option for those who want to standardize their contracts and automatically send a link for anyone to sign their contracts in kisok mode which means that once one client signs their contract on the link, the page will refresh for a new person to sign without any manual labor from you. So you can upload those pretty canva designed contract PDFs and make them signable with little effort. We use SignNow with Airtable and Zapier. 

Bloom CRM

Bloom is the best Dubsado alternate we've ever seen! Aside from being able to manage clients, take payments, send questionnaires, create workflows, and track leads, Bloom even has an integrated website and embeddable website chat feature built into the software. While it's a new kid on the block, it's easily one of our favorite CRMs to recommend.  Did we mention it's easy to setup? No. Like really.  

Dubsado

Easily manage clients, send contracts, take payments, send questionnaires, create workflows and even track leads in this CRM. It’s super customizable and can be a TOTAL game changer if you prefer an all in one tool. Did we mention that the forms you can design with Dubsado are drop dead gorgeous?

Dub-ins

Dub-ins creates stunning and premium Dubsado form templates for a seamless client experience. Dub-ins code snippets are so easy to implement, you’ll wish you hadn’t spent hours trying to figuring it out yourself. Stop wasting your time on courses and focus on what you do best.

Calendly

Calendly is our meeting appointment scheduler. It has made meeting scheduling a breeze and their Google Chrome extension makes accessing our meeting links super easy. Yes. we've tried Acuity but Calendly is WAY more user friendly. 

Zapier

Zapier is the glue that holds all of our systems together. It makes all of our systems talk to each other so that we can automate tasks across different systems at once. -- even if they don't natively integrate together.

Google Workspace

From apps like Google Calendar to Google Docs, and an email address that bears our brand domain, Google Workspace has a suite of tools we use daily.

Canva

We use Canva to design social media graphics, client facing materials we create for our clients' systems setups, and more. With Canva, you can also create websites, landing pages, and schedule social media posts to social media and Facebook groups too!

Loom

Loom allows you to record quick videos of your screen and camera. Once you record your video, your videos are instantly ready to share and watch. It's a tool we use every single day and cuts down on the emails we have to write to clients. If a client asks a question, our team can just record a loom video instead.

Showit
