Your tailored plan will outline exactly what to improve, in what order, so you can get results without second-guessing your next step. It will include my expert recommendations, the link to your session recording, and a plug-and-play shortcut to help you start implementing right away.
What’s included in the Plug-and-Play Shortcut?
It’s a pre-created tool, template, or resource from my secret toolkit that supports one of your first action steps in your plan so you can start implementing right away without starting from scratch. Examples of shortcuts: a bundle of email templates, a Zap automation template, one of my many Notion templates, or cheatsheets for forms, questionnaires, and systems organization.
Will you audit what I already have set up?
Absolutely. I’ll review your existing setup live in the session, identify what’s working well, what’s slowing you down, and where there are opportunities to improve or add missing pieces.
Can you help me implement my plan after the session?
Yes. If you’d like me to take care of the setup, I’ll send you a proposal with pricing based on your specific plan after the session.
Can I just hire you for a done-for-you service?
Yes. This strategy session is actually the first step, so your done-for-you implementation is based on a solid plan. Having at least one strategy session first ensures that we get a clear picture of what you actually need implemented, so you get a fair price from the start.
Can I add-on additional support for questions or accountability afterwards?
Yes. You can add 30 days of ongoing support, which includes email access and optional 1:1 calls for troubleshooting, questions, and accountability as you implement your plan.
How quickly will I get my plan and recording?
You’ll receive your implementation plan, session recording, and plug-and-play shortcut within 48 hours after your session. I like to take a little extra time after the session to make sure everything noted in your plan is clear and easy to implement.
How do I choose what we focus on?
Before your session, you’ll complete a quick questionnaire to share the system or workflow you want to improve. This ensures we make the most of our time together. I can also help you decide if you’re not sure what’s most urgent. Feel free to send me a DM if you have trouble deciding.
Will this session help me if I don’t have any systems in place yet?
Yes. We’ll create your workflow plan from scratch, recommend the right tools, and outline the exact steps to set it up. If you prefer not to DIY, you can hire me to handle the setup after your plan is complete.
